This is a really good option for an on-the-go breakfast. It’s full of nutrients and is well balanced between carbs, protein and fat so it should give you energy and keep you full for a while. It also doesn’t taste of kale or spinach so you won’t feel like you’re drinking grass!

Ingredients
300ml milk (I like oat milk)
1 banana (I like to use frozen)
½ - 1 teaspoon of matcha powder (optional)
1 handful of kale and spinach
1 tablespoon almond butter
Method
1. Start by pouring the milk into the blender to make sure nothing sticks to the side or the bottom.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
