I specialise in helping clients overcome emotional and disordered eating. A negative relationship with food, exercise or other aspects of health can create a miserable existence and actually move you away from improving your wellbeing. I can help you move away from negative mindsets and behaviours, no matter how ingrained they are, and cultivate habits that create a happier and healthier you.

Yoga

I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a style of yoga that allows for creative sequences that immerse the mind-body system. My classes use traditional yoga poses to improve strength, mobility and to calm the nervous system.

[Sarah] creates a warming space with diverse flows each week, which she build fire at times to challenge you to deliciously soft movements. I always come away feeling great and physically accomplished. I’m inspired by her yummy food recipes from her blog, and find her blog reads very informative. All around…Wholesome.
